Peter has been advising clients for over 40 years and has a wealth of experience. His specialism is in advising owner managed businesses of all sizes on all of the usual, and not so usual, issues that such owners and businesses face.

Mariske completed her degree in Accounting at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa and qualified as a member of CIMA as an Associate Chartered Management Accountant. Mariske enjoys helping companies reach their financial goals through, in particular, forecasting and budgeting and producing value added financial reporting.

Alex has led payroll teams across a broad range of industries for 16 years and worked on project teams for business mergers. He has championed intelligent working practices and high quality service throughout his career and at BM Connect he runs a payroll service which is dedicated to supporting clients through all new payroll developments.
